Once you receive our booking proposal, you must respond to us for the booking to become final. If we haven't heard from you within 24 hours of sending our booking proposal, we will cancel your booking inquiry. If your booking inquiry is for arrival on the same day as the inquiry, we need your response within one hour of sending a booking proposal to maintain your spot reservation.
